Sap Apo Techno Functional Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Administrator with a strong background in ECC Production Planning in SAP APO Functional. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product data, ensuring accurate and efficient production planning processes, and supporting the overall product lifecycle. This role requires a detail oriented individual who can work collaboratively with cross functional teams to optimize production efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain product data within the SAP APO system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with production, supply chain, and inventory management teams to develop and implement effective production planning strategies.
• Analyze production requirements and create detailed production plans to meet customer demand.
• Monitor production performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to team members on SAP APO functionalities and best practices.
• Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to production processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to production planning processes and procedures.
• Act as a liaison between IT and business units to resolve system related issues.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong functional knowledge of ECC Production Planning in SAP APO.
• Proven experience in managing product data and production planning processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales and Distribution).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Project management experience is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 7 years of experience in product administration or production planning roles.
• Certification in SAP APO or related fields is a plus.
