SAP Application Support (FI)

• Expert in configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Requirement gathering of existing business practices and mapping user’s business processes to SAP’s business processes.
• Proactive to propose solutions according to business design.
• Investigate and resolve overall issue include performing analysis, recommend solution to resolve issues and proactive discussion with critical issues with the end-user.
• Act as a consultant in their area of expertise and represent their department when interfacing with decision-making and technical bodies.
• Coordinating with other function integrated ( SAP and Non-SAP ).
• Being responsible for key user and end-user training.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree in related field. (Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology)
• At least 1 or more full project lifecycle implementations.
• At least 5 years relevant SAP experience.
• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge and experience in business process development and design.
• Strong verbal and written communication with ability to clearly communicate complex concepts in simplified manner to end-users.
• Experience for consulting firm is advantage.
