SAP Application Support (Tier 1)

Who We Are Looking For

• We are currently seeking for an IS Support / Application Support (Tier 1) to provide first-line (Tier 1) application support in a global organization, delivering initial response and troubleshooting for business application systems.

What You Will Do

• The role includes handling incidents and service requests, supporting daily application operations, and working closely with the Business Applications team to ensure stable and continuous system availability for users worldwide.
• The position is user-facing and service-oriented, with responsibility for initial diagnosis, resolution of basic issues, proper escalation, and clear communication with global users.

Requirements

• Experience in IS Support / Application Support / Help Desk – advantage
• Knowledge of SAP – must
• Knowledge of Salesforce – advantage
• Familiarity with service management tools (e.g. SysAid) – advantage
• Experience supporting application systems in a corporate or global environment
• Strong technical orientation and ability to learn enterprise systems quickly
• Good written and spoken English (work with global users)
