• As an SAP Ariba Downstream Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting SAP Ariba solutions with a focus on downstream processes
• Your role involves collaborating with procurement teams, understanding business requirements, and leveraging SAP Ariba's downstream functionalities to enhance procurement processes
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of SAP Ariba Downstream solutions and provide ongoing support

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation and Configuration:Implement and configure SAP Ariba Downstream modules to align with procurement and sourcing business processes
• Customize Ariba functionalities to meet specific downstream requirements
• Supplier Management:Configure and optimize supplier collaboration processes within SAP Ariba
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure smooth onboarding and effective communication
• Catalog Management:Implement and manage catalog solutions within SAP Ariba
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date product and service information in Ariba catalogs
• P2O (Procure-to-Order) Processes:Enhance and optimize the Procure-to-Order processes within SAP Ariba
• Configure purchasing workflows and approval processes
• Invoice Management:Configure and customize invoice processing and reconciliation within SAP Ariba
• Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely invoice processing
• Integration:Design and implement integrations between SAP Ariba and other SAP modules or external systems
• Ensure seamless data flow and real-time visibility across integrated platforms
• Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP Ariba Downstream configurations, processes, and solutions
• Develop user manuals and training materials
• User Training and Support:Provide training sessions for end-users on SAP Ariba Downstream functionalities
• Offer technical support to resolve Ariba-related issues and inquiries
• Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process optimization and improvements within SAP Ariba
• Collaborate with procurement and business stakeholders to enhance downstream processes
