高级 SAP Basis & 云架构师

工作职责:

• Holistic Administration: Ensuring the high-availability operation of our S/4HANA systems on Azure (on-premise architecture) as well as the associated HANA databases under Linux. Numerous peripheral systems (Web Dispatcher, Cloud Connector, Content Server) round out our system landscape. 全栈系统运维：保障部署在 Azure（本地架构）上 S/4HANA 系统，以及 Linux 环境下配套 HANA 数据库的高可用运行。整套系统架构还包含各类周边组件：Web 调度器、云连接器、内容服务器。
• Technical Project Management: Independent planning and execution of complex IT projects (e.g., upgrades, release changes, cloud migrations, introduction of new cloud products). 技术项目管理：独立规划并落地复杂 IT 项目（例如版本升级、版本迭代、云迁移、新增云产品落地）。
• Consulting & Interface Management: Serving as a competent point of contact for module owners regarding ABAP architecture, Fiori infrastructure, integration solutions, and performance optimization. 技术咨询与接口管理：作为模块负责人的技术对接专家，负责 ABAP 架构、Fiori 基础设施、集成方案以及性能优化相关工作。
• Cloud & BTP: Administration and further development of our SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), with a focus on the SAP Integration Suite and SAP Build Work Zone. 云平台与 BTP 管理：运维并持续迭代 SAP 业务技术平台（BTP），重点负责 SAP 集成套件与 SAP 构建工作区。
• Global Team Empowerment: Active mentoring of junior colleagues as well as ensuring smooth collaboration within our globally networked team organization. 赋能全球化团队：指导初级同事，保障全球化跨地域团队高效协同。

任职条件:

• Bachelor degree or above 本科及以上学历；
• Several years (at least 5–7 years) of relevant professional experience in SAP Basis Administration within a complex, international environment. Experience with RISE with SAP is an advantage. 在复杂跨国环境中，拥有至少 5–7 年 SAP Basis 运维相关工作经验；有 RISE with SAP 实施经验优先。
• Solid knowledge in the administration of SAP HANA and Linux operating systems. 精通 SAP HANA 数据库及 Linux 操作系统运维。
• Expert knowledge in the area of SAP ABAP and the deployment of Fiori environments. 精通 SAP ABAP，熟悉 Fiori 环境部署。
• Experience in handling SAP BTP (especially Integration Suite and Build Work Zone). 具备 SAP BTP 实操经验，熟悉集成套件与构建工作区。
• Hyperscaler Experience: Experience in operating and migrating SAP systems on hyperscalers (preferably Microsoft Azure). 公有云厂商经验：有在大型公有云平台运维、迁移 SAP 系统经验，优先微软 Azure。
• Proven success in leading technical projects (or sub-projects) and a structured, analytical working style. 有主导技术项目（或子项目）成功交付经验，工作思路结构化、善于分析。
• Strong Communicator & Team Player and able to explain complex matters clearly and effectively to different target audiences. 优秀的沟通协作能力，适应跨国合作，能向不同受众清晰高效地讲解复杂技术内容。
• Good command of English 英语流利。
