SAP Basis

Main responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the installation, operation, and optimization of the SAP system to ensure stable operation and high performance.

2. Assess business requirements, design and implement SAP server architecture, including hardware, software, and database planning.

3. Monitor the performance of SAP system, analyze and solve system bottlenecks, ensure high availability and disaster recovery capability of the system.

4. Responsible for the security of SAP system, including data encryption, access control, and security auditing.

5. Coordinate cross departmental teams to ensure that the SAP system is closely aligned with business requirements.

6. Write technical documentation, including system architecture design, operation manuals, and troubleshooting guides.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in implementing or operating SAP BASIS modules, including at least 3 years of overseas operations or consulting experience.

2. Familiar with the planning and deployment of products such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP HANA, etc.

3. SAP system performance optimization and problem troubleshooting (such as SQL optimization, system log analysis, etc.).

4. Database management (such as SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, etc.).

5. System security configuration and user permission management.

6. SAP Fiori and UI5 related technical support.

7. Familiar with SAP S/4HANA technology architecture and new features.

8. Experience in implementing and maintaining SAP cloud solutions such as SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.

9. Familiar with high availability and disaster recovery solutions for SAP systems (such as SAP HANA System Replication, SAP LaMa, etc.).

10. Having certain scripting skills (such as ABAP, Python, Shell, etc.), able to perform automated operations and system monitoring.

11. Familiar with IT regulations and compliance requirements in different countries and regions (such as GDPR, data privacy protection, etc.).

Educational background:

1. College degree or above in computer science, information technology, business management or related fields (equivalent overseas education).

2. Research background in SAP or related technical fields is preferred.

Certification requirements:

1. Holding SAP certification (such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, SAP Basis certification).

2. Priority is given to those who hold ITIL Foundation certification.

3. Priority is given to those who hold cloud computing platform certifications (such as AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud).

Language requirements:

1. Fluent English communication skills, capable of conducting professional oral and written communication.

2. Chinese or other foreign language proficiency is preferred (such as Spanish, Malay, German, Arabic, etc.).
