Key responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems and landscapes
- Apply patches, upgrades, and perform system copies
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity
- Manage SAP users, authorizations, and profiles
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data integrity
- Implement disaster recovery and backup strategies
- Diagnose and resolve system issues
- Provide technical support to SAP functional consultants and end-users
