We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - SAP Basis & Security to lead complex SAP transformation initiatives for enterprise clients in the manufacturing sector. This role is responsible for driving solution strategy, overseeing project execution, managing stakeholder relationships, and leading high-performing delivery teams to ensure successful business transformation outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines deep SAP Basis and Security expertise with strong leadership, client engagement, and program delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

• Define and drive the vision, roadmap, and target-state business and solution architecture for SAP transformation programs.
• Take full accountability for project design quality, governance, and execution excellence.
• Lead SAP Basis and Security workstreams across large-scale implementation and transformation initiatives.
• Ensure successful project delivery by managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality standards.
• Provide subject matter leadership and serve as a trusted advisor on SAP Basis and Security matters.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Engage executive stakeholders to understand business objectives, transformation priorities, and strategic goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client leadership and key decision-makers.
• Guide organizations through complex change and transformation initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.

Team Leadership & Business Growth

• Lead, mentor, and coach multidisciplinary project teams to achieve high performance.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment focused on continuous improvement.
• Support business development activities, including opportunity identification, proposal development, and solution presentations.
• Participate in talent acquisition, employee development, and retention initiatives.
• Promote knowledge sharing and capability development across teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of SAP implementation experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial or project leadership role.
• Extensive experience leading SAP Basis and Security implementations and support engagements.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale SAP transformation programs, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, SAP landscapes, governance, and security frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior business and technology leaders.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and provide coaching and mentorship.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
• Strong understanding of emerging business and technology trends.
