What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead SAP Basis team for HANA migration projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy SAP upgrades and migrations.
- Provide technical guidance on database management systems (DBMS) to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Develop project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation measures to meet client expectations.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in SAP Basis & DB Migration/Upgrade projects.
- Strong expertise in HANA migration projects using various tools such as Data Migrator Tool (DMT), User Exits, BADI's etc.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale IT projects involving multiple stakeholders.
