Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP BASIS / SAP DBA Trainer to deliver technical training to students, working professionals, and aspiring SAP administrators. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration, SAP system monitoring, database administration, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.

The candidate should be able to explain technical concepts clearly, provide practical demonstrations, and guide learners through real-time SAP administration scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training on SAP BASIS administration and SAP Database Administration (DBA).
• Explain SAP system architecture, landscape, and client-server concepts.
• Train learners on SAP installation, configuration, system administration, and maintenance.
• Provide hands-on training in user administration, roles, authorizations, and transport management.
• Teach system monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and background job management.
• Explain SAP system refreshes, client copies, kernel upgrades, support packages, and system patching.
• Provide training on database administration, backup and recovery, database monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Cover SAP HANA administration, where applicable, including database monitoring, backup, recovery, and user management.
• Explain SAP system connectivity, RFC configuration, and system landscape management.
• Introduce learners to SAP system migration and high-availability concepts.
• Prepare training materials, practical exercises, assignments, and real-time scenarios.
• Conduct assessments and guide learners through hands-on projects and troubleshooting exercises.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration.
• Good understanding of SAP system architecture and administration.
• Experience with SAP system installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of transport management, user administration, and system maintenance.
• Understanding of database administration, backup, recovery, and performance monitoring.
• Experience with SAP HANA administration or other SAP-supported database platforms.
• Familiarity with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Knowledge of operating systems such as Linux and Windows Server.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to deliver practical, industry-oriented training.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as an SAP BASIS Consultant, SAP DBA, or Technical Trainer.
• Experience in SAP implementation, upgrade, migration, and production support projects.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HANA database administration.
• Knowledge of SAP system migration, high availability, and disaster recovery.
• Experience with cloud-hosted SAP environments is an added advantage.
• Previous experience delivering classroom, corporate, or online training.
• Relevant SAP certifications are preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹352,000.00 - ₹1,470,000.00 per year
