SAP Basis Solution Architect

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Summary We are seeking a visionary SAP Basis Solution Architect to lead the technical design, strategy, and evolution of our SAP landscape. In this role, you will be the primary authority on SAP infrastructure, responsible for architecting scalable, high-performing, and secure environments. You will lead our transition to cloud-native architectures, manage complex S/4HANA migrations, and ensure that our technical foundation aligns perfectly with our long-term business goals. Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Strategy & Design
• Blueprint Creation: Define and maintain the technical architectural roadmap for the entire SAP landscape (ECC, S/4HANA, BTP, BW/4HANA, etc.).
• Cloud Orchestration: Design and optimize SAP deployments on Hyperscalers (AWS/Azure/GCP) using RISE with SAP or native cloud frameworks.
• High Availability & DR: Architect robust High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions to ensure 24/7 business continuity.
• Technical Leadership & Migration
• Migration Lead: Direct complex technical projects including OS/DB migrations, S/4HANA conversions (Greenfield/Brownfield), and Unicode conversions.
• Sizing & Scalability: Conduct expert-level SAP HANA sizing and capacity planning to ensure performance stability during peak business cycles.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of the SAP roadmap; evaluate and pilot emerging technologies like SAP BTP, AI-driven monitoring, and automation tools.
• Governance & Security
• Compliance: Ensure the SAP environment meets global security standards (SOC2, GDPR, SOX) and internal audit requirements.
• Performance Tuning: Lead advanced troubleshooting and performance optimization at the database (HANA) and application layer.
• Automation: Drive the "Infrastructure as Code" (IaC) mindset by automating routine Basis tasks (system copies, patching, kernel updates).
• Stakeholder Management
• Trusted Advisor: Act as the technical bridge between functional business leads and the infrastructure team.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with SAP and third-party hosting partners to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met. ________________________________________ Required Qualifications & Skills Technical Expertise
• Experience: Minimum of 6–8 years in SAP Basis, with at least 2 years in a Solution Architect role.
• SAP S/4HANA: Deep hands-on experience with HANA 2.0 database administration, performance tuning, and S/4HANA conversion tools (DMO, SUM).
• Cloud Proficiency: Proven track record of migrating SAP workloads to Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Integration: Strong knowledge of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), Cloud Connector, and API-based integrations. Soft Skills
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to look beyond daily tickets to see the "big picture" of the enterprise's digital transformation.
• Communication: Excellent ability to explain complex technical "Basis speak" to non-technical executive stakeholders.
• Leadership: Experience mentoring junior Basis consultants and leading cross-functional technical teams. Education & Certifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Preferred Certifications: SAP Certified Technology Associate (HANA/OS/DB Migration), AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, or SAP S/4HANA Conversion certification.
