SAP Basis Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Expert in architecting and supporting solutions around SAP ecosystems and a technology stack of S4HANA, SAP FIORI, ADS server, Enterprise Portal (EP),web dispatcher, solution manager, SLD TREX and JAVA systems
2. Responsible for performance analysis & troubleshooting for SAP HANA / SAP ERP systems.  
   Back Ground job Scheduling and monitoring.
3. Provide technical support, establishing standards and requirements, evaluating and directing enhancements, and implementing solutions for performance monitoring, and systems configuration, design and implementation.
4. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
5. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
6. Leads on gathering and analyzing the requirements and specifications to ensure the system is meeting corporate needs.
7. Must have teamwork mentality and ability to work as a part of a distributed team,  
   Strong aim to learn and share new technical knowledge.
8. Integrate security governance within the overall control environment, lead change and sustain activities with the impacted parties.
9. Interaction with audit, risk, and control personnel to explain and evaluate the structure and design of security processes.
10. Management of the SAP security standards, providing direction and technical assistance to IT teams, control teams and key business users.
11. Monitor the security design for Segregation of Duties (SoD) and business/ technical sensitive
12. Manage internal/ external audit relationships to maintain a positive outlook on the progression of SAP Security processes
13. Interaction with audit, risk and quality personnel, explain and evaluate the structure and design of security processes
14. Work with Controls Governance and IT teams to ensure a holistic approach is taken to remediate Corporate Audit findings.
15. Train users in IT processes and procedures; provide assistance during external and internal audits.

Specification:

1. Graduate of IT or related courses
2. At-least 3 years of experience administrating and supporting SAP ERP/SAP4Hcapplication running on Windows and MSSQL.
3. Six or more years of SAP Basis administration/ HANA experience along with relational database concept.
