Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Billing Executive to join the Production Department of a leading FMCG manufacturing company in Puri, Odisha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day SAP transactions, focusing on production order processing, goods movement, and production billing/reconciliation using the SAP PP (Production Planning) module.

Key Responsibilities

• SAP PP Module Operations: Create, release, and confirm production orders in the SAP system.

• Production Billing & Movement: Execute Goods Issue (GI) for raw materials/packaging materials and Goods Receipt (GR) for finished goods in SAP.

• Batch & Inventory Management: Maintain batch logs, track material consumption, and ensure accuracy between physical stock and SAP records.

• Process Documentation: Generate daily production reports, yield statements, and shift handover documentation.

• Inter-Departmental Coordination: Work closely with quality assurance, warehouse, and dispatch teams to ensure seamless material flow and billing accuracy.

• Audit & Reconciliation: Assist in stock auditing and variance analysis to minimize production reporting errors.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, B.Sc, B.A, B.Tech, etc.).

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in SAP operations within a manufacturing environment (FMCG sector preferred).

• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with SAP PP (Production Planning) module and basic MM (Materials Management) concepts.

• General Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, strong numerical aptitude, and ability to work effectively under shift schedules.
