As a SAP - BODS - Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyze client requirements, design and implement data management and analytics solutions, and provide training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will work closely with clients to understand their data needs, develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualizations and reports to support data-driven decision-making, helping them optimize their data management processes, enhance data quality, and derive valuable insights from their data to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities

• Leading data migration projects using SAP BODS and SAP Data Services to optimize client data management processes
• Designing and implementing data migration solutions, including transformation routines, to meet client requirements
• Analyzing legacy data and SAP ECC data sources to identify data quality issues and validate compatibility with target S/4 systems
• Building and managing data migration frameworks using SAP Data Services and Information Steward
• Conducting preload and post-load validation of migration results and advising on data cleansing requirements
• Performing migration dress rehearsals, cutover tasks, and providing post go-live support
• Collaborating with SAP functional and technical consultants to address data migration needs and challenges
• Developing technical specification documents to guide the creation of data services jobs
• Supporting data cleansing activities using tools like Information Steward, Excel, and SQL
• Utilizing Snaplogic for data migration from source systems to S/4 HANA
• Providing advisory services to clients on data management strategies and techniques
• Promoting the use of SAP analytics tools to enhance data-driven decision-making and visualization

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP BODS and Snaplogic for data migration
• Utilizing SAP Migration Cockpit and customizing LTMOM for field additions
• Excelling in data management and migration within SAP environments
• Designing transformation routines for data migration solutions
• Managing data cleansing activities using Information Steward and SQL tools
• Leading projects with technical knowledge on Snaplogic and SAP Data Services
