👩 💻👨 💻About You

We're looking for a SAP BTP AI Developer to build AI-powered applications and extensions on SAP Business Technology Platform. This role sits at the intersection of SAP development and applied AI — you'll be integrating intelligent services into SAP applications, not just building standard UI or backend logic.

Candidates don't need coverage across every skill area below — strength in one or more is sufficient.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-enabled applications and extensions on SAP BTP
• Integrate LLMs into SAP application workflows, including prompt design and tuning
• Work with SAP AI Core/Launchpad to deploy and manage AI services
• Implement document extraction and RAG-based solutions where relevant, connecting to HANA Cloud Vector Engine
• Develop using CAP, Node.js, or Python depending on the project

🛠️ Required Skills & Experience

• AI Platform: SAP AI Core and SAP AI Launchpad
• Conversational AI: SAP Joule and integrations with AI services
• LLM Integration: Prompt engineering and integrating large language models into SAP applications
• Document AI: SAP Document Information Extraction
• RAG: Retrieval Augmented Generation, including integration with SAP HANA Cloud Vector Engine
• Development: Building AI applications on BTP using CAP, Node.js, or Python
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and proficient in Italian .
