We are looking for an experienced SAP CDP Solution & Data Architect to join a leading organization in Sharjah, UAE.

This role will focus on customer data architecture, Customer 360 initiatives, identity resolution, data governance, consent management, and SAP CDP implementation across multiple enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities: Lead workshops with Marketing, E-Commerce, Customer Service, IT, Loyalty, Data, and Compliance stakeholders Define Customer 360 and unified customer profile architecture Design identity resolution, matching rules, and duplicate management strategies Define customer data governance, ownership, stewardship, and data quality frameworks Design consent management and privacy architecture

Define source-to-target mappings and customer data dictionaries Review integration and technical design decisions with implementation teams Collaborate with SAP CPI and integration teams

Required Skills: 8+ years of experience in Data Architecture, CDP, CRM, or Customer Data programs Strong experience with SAP Customer Data Platform (SAP CDP) Experience with SAP Customer Data Cloud (SAP CDC/Gigya) Strong understanding of Customer 360 and unified customer profiles

Experience with Identity Resolution, Consent Management, and Data Governance Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP CPI/Integration Suite, and SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred

Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills

Work Model: First 3 months: Fully onsite in Dubai, UAE

Following 3 months: 50% onsite / 50% remote

This is an initial 6-month engagement with the possibility of extension.

Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
