SAP CDP Technical Development & Integration Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP CDP Technical Development & Integration Consultant to join a customer data transformation program. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP), customer data modeling, audience segmentation, customer identity integration, and enterprise system integrations across SAP CX solutions.

This role requires a consultant who can work closely with business and technical teams to design, configure, integrate, and optimize customer data solutions that drive personalized customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions.
• Design and maintain customer data models, profile schemas, activity schemas, and relationship models.
• Configure customer profiles, segmentation, calculated attributes, indicators, and audience activations.
• Support identity resolution, profile unification, matching, and merging strategies.
• Design and develop customer journeys and CX flows within SAP CDP.
• Integrate SAP CDP with SAP CDC, SAP Emarsys, SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, S/4HANA, and third-party applications.
• Develop and support integrations using SAP Integration Suite / SAP CPI.
• Configure and maintain inbound and outbound data pipelines, APIs, connectors, and activation processes.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, validation, and data reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with business users, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable customer data solutions.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, hypercare, and production activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-7 years of overall SAP CX experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP).

• Experience integrating SAP CDP with enterprise systems.
• Strong experience with SAP Integration Suite / SAP CPI.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, data mapping, and integration patterns.
• Experience with SAP CDC (Gigya) and/or SAP Emarsys.
• Strong understanding of customer data, consent management, and customer identity concepts.
• Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP CDP Certification.
• Experience with SAP CDC (Gigya).
• Experience with SAP Emarsys.
• Experience integrating SAP CDP with SAP Commerce Cloud.
• Experience with SAP Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or S/4HANA integrations.
• Automotive, Retail, or Customer Experience domain experience is highly desirable.

Candidate Requirements

• Available to join immediately or within a maximum of 30 days.
• Willing to work onsite in Dubai, UAE.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED23,000.00 per month
