• SAP Operations & Support 系统运维与支持 1）Act as the primary SAP point of contact for China-based business users across Materials Management (MM), Procurement, Warehouse Management (WM/EWM), and Production Planning (PP) processes. 作为中国区业务用户的核心SAP对接人，负责物料管理、采购、仓库管理（WM/EWM）、生产计划（PP）全流程业务对接。 2）Provide day-to-day operational support and issue resolution for SAP supply chain processes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. 负责SAP供应链流程日常运维支持与问题排查解决，***限度减少系统问题对业务的影响。 3）Manage and support interactions between the local China team and third-party suppliers via SAP, in line with the local project scope. 依据本地项目范围，依托SAP系统统筹并支持中国团队与第三方供应商的业务对接协作。 4）Liaise with the global AURA AMS team to escalate and resolve complex system issues. 对接全球AURA运维团队，上报并协同解决各类复杂系统问题。
• Process Management & Optimization 流程管理与优化 1）Ensure local procurement, inventory, and warehouse processes are correctly configured and aligned with the global AURA template. 确保中国本地采购、库存、仓库流程的系统配置准确，贴合全球AURA项目标准模板。 2）Identify process gaps or deviations and propose solutions in coordination with the global process owners. 识别业务流程漏洞与标准偏差，联动全球流程负责人制定优化解决方案。 3）Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the localization of global process standards for the Chinese regulatory and business environment. 推进流程持续改进工作，结合中国法规要求及本土业务特点，完成全球流程标准的本地化适配。
• Training & Change Management 培训与变革管理 1）Design and deliver SAP end-user training for local China teams across in-scope modules. 针对项目覆盖模块，为中国本地团队设计并开展SAP终端用户培训。 2）Support change management activities to drive user adoption and confidence in SAP processes. 配合开展变革管理工作，提升用户对SAP流程的接受度与实操能力。
• Stakeholder Engagement 多方协作对接 1）Serve as the primary liaison between the China business and the global AURA program team on all supply chain SAP matters. 作为中国区业务与全球AURA项目组之间所有SAP供应链相关事务的核心联络人。 2）Communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English, facilitating alignment between local stakeholders and the international program structure. 熟练运用中英双语开展高效沟通，推动本地干系人与国际项目团队达成工作协同与共识。

Qualifications： 1. 6+ years of hands-on SAP experience, with deep expertise in SAP MM (Materials Management). 6年及以上SAP实操经验，精通SAP MM物料管理模块。

• Solid working knowledge of SAP WM/EWM (Warehouse Management / Extended Warehouse Management). 熟练掌握SAP WM仓库管理、EWM扩展仓库管理模块实操。
• Working knowledge of SAP PP (Production Planning) and its integration with MM. 熟悉SAP PP生产计划模块，掌握其与MM模块的集成逻辑。
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, ideally in energy, renewables, or engineering. 具备制造、工业行业从业经验，新能源、可再生能源、工程装备行业经验优先。
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes: procurement, inventory management, goods receipt/issue, warehouse operations. 精通采购、库存管理、货物收发、仓库作业等端到端供应链全流程。
• Experience working with or alongside global SAP implementation programs. 有参与或配合全球SAP系统实施项目的相关经验。
• Fluency in Mandarin and professional proficiency in English (written and spoken). 普通话流利，英语听说读写熟练，可满足商务工作沟通需求。
• Desirable Requirements优先条件： 1）Experience with SAP S/4HANA (as opposed to ECC). 具备SAP S/4HANA系统实操及项目经验（区别于传统ECC系统）。 2）Familiarity with China-specific procurement and inventory regulatory requirements. 熟悉中国本土采购、库存相关法律法规及监管要求。 3）SAP certification in MM or related supply chain modules. 持有SAP MM或供应链相关模块官方认证证书。 4）Experience in user training design and delivery. 具备终端用户培训课程设计及落地授课经验。
