- Strong knowledge of Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) .
- Experience in:
- Commission Plan Configuration
- Incentive Compensation Design
- Credit & Territory Management
- Quotas and Targets
- Commission Calculation Engine
- Pipeline and Reward Processing
- Experience with SQL for data validation and reporting.
- Strong understanding of sales compensation processes.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
