The role requires strong experience understanding various SAP products, understanding SAP licensing model, SAP roles for products, SAP ECC migration to S4/Hana knowledge and product behaviour w.r.t. licensing on ECC and S4/Hana environments. Understanding contract terms, licensing mechanisms, applicable metrics, and rules.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing existing SAP license contracts and usage data to ensure compliance with licensing terms.
• Analysing user access patterns to recommend appropriate license types.
• Generating Effective License Position (ELP) reports, compliance statuses, and cost analysis
• Staying informed about the latest trends and terminology in SAP licensing.
• Support SAP license audits and reviews to identify compliance issues and suggest solutions.
• Advising clients on strategies to optimize SAP licenses, maximizing value while minimizing costs.
• Advise customers on all SAP licensing topics, including named users, use types, engines, indirect/digital access
