Job Description

We are looking for experienced SAP Functional Consultants, Technical Consultants, Developers, and Senior Leads for multiple client projects across Retail, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and SAP Integration.

Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in their respective SAP modules, including implementation, configuration, development, production support, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment.

1. SAP Finance & Controlling

• SAP FICO, SAP S/4HANA Finance
• SAP CO, Product Costing, Material Ledger, CO-PA, Margin Analysis
• SAP In-House Banking (IHB) and Advanced Payment Management (APM)

2. SAP Retail & Supply Chain

• SAP S/4 Retail Pricing and Promotions
• SAP CAR, UDF, POSDTA
• SAP CAR Allocation and Replenishment Planning
• SAP Retail Master Data
• SAP Retail Procure-to-Pay (PTP)
• SAP EWM Functional and Technical
• SAP ABAP with EWM
• SAP SD with Retail, GST, and POS integration
• SAP IBP Supply Planning and Demand Planning

3. SAP Technical & Integration

• SAP ABAP, ABAP OO, CDS Views, AMDP, Adobe Forms, SmartForms
• SAP CPI, PI/PO, SAP Integration Suite
• SAP BTP, APIs, IDocs, OData, SOAP, REST
• EWM RF screens, PPF, BAdIs, enhancements, and warehouse monitoring

• HR master data, business rules, MDF, RBP, and integration troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and deliver SAP solutions aligned with business processes.
• Perform configuration, development, enhancements, and integration activities.
• Participate in implementation, rollout, migration, and production support projects.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Work with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Prepare functional and technical specifications, test scripts, and project documentation.
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Ensure solution quality, system stability, and timely issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

• Relevant hands-on experience in at least one of the listed SAP modules.
• Experience in SAP implementation, support, enhancement, or rollout projects, as applicable to the role.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA, depending on the position.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
