Tasks

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders, sales teams, and IT colleagues to gather requirements, understand business processes, and define solution architecture for SAP CPQ implementation.
2. Design and develop SAP CPQ solutions, including product configuration rules, pricing models, quotation templates, workflows, and approval processes to meet business needs and enhance sales productivity.
3. Customize and configure SAP CPQ application modules, user interfaces, and data models to support complex product configurations, pricing rules, discounting policies, and bundling strategies.
4. Integrate SAP CPQ with other enterprise systems, including SAP ERP, CRM, e-commerce platforms, and third-party applications, using APIs, web services, middleware, and integration tools.
5. Perform system configuration, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of SAP CPQ solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and data integrity across various environments (development, testing, production).
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales operations, marketing, finance, and IT support, to identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization of the quote-to-cash lifecycle.
7. Provide technical guidance, support, and training to end users, administrators, and business stakeholders on SAP CPQ functionality, best practices, and system capabilities.
8. Conduct system upgrades, patches, and enhancements for SAP CPQ applications, ensuring compatibility with underlying infrastructure, software dependencies, and regulatory requirements.
9. Monitor system performance, usage metrics, and user feedback to identify areas for enhancement, scalability improvements, and proactive maintenance of SAP CPQ solutions.
