The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing our SAP CRM systems to meet the evolving needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain SAP CRM applications integrating with SAP HANA.

Analyze business processes and requirements to create a detailed system design within the SAP CRM environment.

Implement and customize CRM modules, including sales, marketing, and service, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that enhance business operations.

Conduct data modeling, performance tuning, and troubleshooting activities within SAP HANA.

Develop and maintain interfaces between SAP CRM and other business systems.

Create detailed documentation for design, development, and testing activities.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP CRM and HANA technologies and advancements.

Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies.

Support and mentor junior developers and team members on SAP CRM and HANA.
