Job Summary -

We are looking for an experienced SAP Service Management (SM) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Customer Service (CS) / SAP S/4HANA Service to support, implement, and optimize service management processes.

The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP Service Management solutions, supporting implementation and AMS projects, and managing integrations with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design SAP Service Management solutions.
• Configure and support SAP Service Management / SAP CS processes.
• Work on Service Notifications, Service Orders, Service Contracts and Warranty Management.
• Handle Installed Base and Equipment Management.
• Support Resource Planning and Field Service Management processes.
• Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
• Conduct system testing, UAT support and user training.
• Provide L2/L3 production support and resolve application issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.
• Support SAP upgrades, enhancements, rollouts and implementation projects.
• Manage incidents, service requests and change requests while ensuring SLA adherence.
• Prepare solution documentation and knowledge-transfer materials.

Integration Expertise

Experience integrating SAP Service Management with:

• SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)
• SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
• SAP CRM Service
• SAP CS (Customer Service)
• SAP S/4HANA Service
• SAP Field Service Management (FSM)

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP Service Management / SAP Customer Service (CS).
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Service.
• Strong knowledge of Service Orders, Service Notifications and Service Contracts.
• Experience in Warranty Management, Installed Base and Equipment Management.
• Knowledge of SAP Field Service Management (FSM) is preferred.
• Understanding of SAP integration technologies.
• Familiarity with IDocs, APIs and interfaces.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications.
• Experience in SAP implementation, rollout or AMS support projects.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant SAP Service Management / SAP CS experience.
• SAP S/4HANA Service certification is an added advantage.
