Key Responsibilities:
Translate business requirements and process flows into functional specifications and system designs.
Lead and support business process analysis, requirement gathering, fit gap analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and post go live support.
Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for enhancements and integrations.
Execute and support Unit Testing (UT), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production validation.
Provide application support adhering to SLAs, change management, and project delivery standards.
