SAP Data Migration

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting/Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 6–8 years of SAP data migration experience, with at least 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation (2020 release/version and above) as Data Migration Lead or senior team member.
• Proven experience migrating both master data (customer, vendor, material, asset, employee) and transactional/open-item data (open AR/AP, asset values, inventory balances) into S/4HANA.
• Strong working knowledge of at least two SAP functional areas (e.g., FICO and MM, or FICO and HCM) sufficient to validate mapping and reconciliation logic with functional teams.
• Experience planning and running mock loads, cutover rehearsals, and production cutover for an SAP implementation.
• Experience with data migration in a retail, multi-store, or multi-entity business context is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience with SAP Data Services (BODS) or other ETL platforms used for large-scale SAP migrations.
• Prior experience in Philippine retail with multi-entity, multi-store data volumes.
• Experience leading a team of data migration analysts/functional SMEs across multiple workstreams.
