💼 Role: SAP Development Lead

What You'll Do:

Lead the SAP development workstream

, including RICEFW, extensions, coding standards, code reviews, and quality.

Drive clean-core development

, leveraging in-app and side-by-side extensibility using SAP BTP, RAP, and CAP

.

Lead development across ABAP/ABAP for HANA, CDS, OData, Fiori/UI5, forms, interfaces, and enhancements

.

Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and development solutions.

Manage developer authorisations, transports, and DevOps/CI-CD

in collaboration with Basis and Technical Architecture teams.

Ensure unit testing, code security, performance, and development quality

.

Support SIT/UAT defect resolution

and technical cutover activities.

Lead and manage development teams, including security-cleared resources working in controlled environments

What We're Looking For:

10+ years of SAP Development experience

, including 5+ years as a Development Lead

.

At least 2 full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations

with clean-core extensibility.

Strong hands-on experience with ABAP, ABAP for HANA/RAP, CDS, OData, and Fiori/UI5

.

Experience with SAP BTP, CAP/RAP, APIs, integrations, and side-by-side extensibility

.

Strong understanding of RICEFW, forms, interfaces, enhancements, and technical development

.

Experience with code review, security scanning, transport management, DevOps, and performance tuning

.
