SAP Development Lead

We are seeking a Global SAP Development Lead responsible for driving strategic and tactical SAP initiatives, including defining development standards, designing solutions, and leading a team of developers across platforms like BTP, ABAP, Web Dynpro, and Fiori. Key Duties Include

• Owning all S/4HANA technical development, ensuring quality and adherence to industry standards
• Evaluating SAP technology trends to influence ERP strategy
• Recommending modern technologies to enhance application and business performance
• Leading and guiding developers and integration specialists
• Performing code reviews, quality checks, and maintaining documentation
• Supporting change management and business adoption of SAP solutions
• Analyzing complex business requirements and identifying improvement opportunities
• Collaborating on M&A integration projects and optimizing ERP and system integrations

Qualifications Include

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related, MBA preferred
• 15+ years of SAP development experience across multiple platforms, with hands-on expertise in User Exits, ABAP Enhancements, Web Services, IDocs, BTEs, and integrations
• Experience managing SAP implementation projects and translating business needs into solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills, solution optimization, and stakeholder collaboration abilities
• Excellent communication skills for global organizational engagement
