SAP DRC Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP DRC Manager / Senior Manager with strong expertise in SAP Finance, SAP S/4HANA Finance, and SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC). The role will lead the implementation and global rollout of SAP solutions supporting e-invoicing, statutory reporting, and indirect tax compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Tax, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure SAP solutions meet global business requirements while complying with local tax and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP DRC projects focused on e-invoicing, statutory reporting, and tax compliance.
• Manage the setup, implementation, and global rollout of SAP DRC solutions.
• Integrate SAP Finance processes with local tax authority systems.
• Design global solutions that accommodate local legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with Finance, Tax, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve issues.
• Ensure SAP solutions comply with financial controls, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
• Provide subject matter expertise and technical guidance on SAP DRC and SAP Finance.
• Lead project teams and coordinate activities across multiple locations and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and drive them toward resolution.
• Support continuous improvement of SAP Finance and DRC processes.

About you

• 8–12+ years of experience in SAP Finance and SAP DRC.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC).
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Experience with SAP eDocument and related tax integration tools.
• Strong understanding of e-invoicing and statutory reporting requirements.
• Experience integrating SAP Finance processes with tax authority systems.
• Experience leading SAP projects and global rollouts.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, accounting standards, and tax compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
