This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and operations, supporting the modernization of enterprise asset management practices that enable safer, smarter, and more sustainable infrastructure operations.

What You'll Do

• Act as the SAP EAM/PM functional expert, providing guidance on maintenance management best practices and SAP standard processes.
• Partner with operations, engineering, maintenance, and technology teams to enhance asset lifecycle management and maintenance performance.
• Lead end-user training, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions to improve SAP adoption and capability across the organization.
• Assess existing SAP EAM utilization and recommend improvements that increase asset availability, operational efficiency, compliance, and data quality.
• Support key maintenance processes including equipment management, maintenance notifications, work orders, preventive maintenance planning, and reporting.
• Review system configuration, master data, and business processes to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
• Develop process documentation, user guides, SOPs, and training materials that support operational excellence and long-term sustainability.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• At least 2 years of SAP PM/EAM functional consulting experience.

• Strong understanding of maintenance, asset management, and reliability-centered business processes.

• Experience supporting or implementing SAP S/4HANA EAM solutions.

• Knowledge of integration between SAP PM and MM, WM, FI/CO, and Project Systems (PS).

• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and effectively engage stakeholders at different organizational levels.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• SAP S/4HANA EAM Certification.

• Experience supporting organizations within infrastructure, transportation, aviation, power, utilities, property development, logistics, manufacturing, or other asset-intensive environments.

• Exposure to SAP Fiori, mobility solutions, GIS integration, smart infrastructure technologies, or IoT-enabled maintenance solutions.

• Experience with asset master data governance and migration initiatives.
