SAP Encoder (Bakery)

The SAP Encoder is responsible for accurately encoding production, inventory, receiving, and dispatch transactions using SAP and other company systems, maintaining records and reports, and supporting daily bakery and commissary operations through timely and accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Encode production, inventory, receiving, and dispatch transactions accurately in SAP and other company systems.
• Maintain and update records, logs, and operational reports.
• Verify encoded data for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and organize production and inventory documents.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and inventory teams regarding data requirements.
• Generate reports as required by supervisors or management.
• Perform other administrative and clerical tasks related to bakery and commissary operations.

Minimum qualifications

• College Level or Vocational graduate.
• Experience in encoding, SAP, inventory, warehouse, bakery, commissary, or food manufacturing is an advantage.
• Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and other basic computer applications.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Willing to work in Paranaque City
