SAP EWM Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP Logistics Warehouse professional with strong hands-on experience in warehouse and logistics operations and SAP LE-WM / MM-IM. The candidate should have worked as a Power User / Key User and should be comfortable working with business users, SAP consultants, testing teams, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing logistics and warehouse processes and identify gaps and business requirements.
• Support Plant Key Users and Plant Users during Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT.
• Support SAP data migration, including test and productive migration.
• Conduct training sessions for Key Users and business users.
• Provide Hypercare and post-Go-Live support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related defects during testing and after Go-Live.
• Work closely with SAP consultants to communicate business requirements and process improvements.
• Support SAP implementation and Go-Live activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including SAP functional/technical consultants and business users.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Logistics Warehouse Operations.
• Strong experience in at least one of these areas:
  • Inbound Logistics
  • Outbound Logistics
  • Warehouse Internal Movements / Production Supply
  • Packaging
• Good working knowledge of the other logistics areas.
• Minimum 2 years as SAP Power User / Key User.
• Strong knowledge of SAP LE-WM and MM-IM (Inventory Management).
• Knowledge of important SAP Logistics transactions and tables.
• Good understanding of Production Replenishment and its integration with logistics.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Automotive or Manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience with SAP RF Framework / Handheld Scanners in warehouse operations.
• Experience gathering business requirements and communicating them to SAP consultants.
• Experience in SAP business process testing and custom development testing.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• SAP EWM 9.5.
• S/4HANA Embedded EWM.
• Experience supporting SAP R/3 LE-WM implementation and Go-Live as a Key User.
• Exposure to SAP SD, QM, and PP.
• Experience in Bosch Business processes such as BBM, PT, or DC.
