SAP EWM Functional

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Functional Consultant to lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of S/4HANA Embedded Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). In this role, you will lead client design workshops, configure complex warehouse processes, manage cross-functional integrations, and oversee testing through deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Implementation: Drive full lifecycle deliverables—from blueprinting and design workshops to configuration, testing, go-live, and hypercare support.
• Solution Design & Configuration: Configure EWM core functionalities, including Process-Oriented & Layout-Oriented Storage Control (POSC/LOSC), Warehouse Order Creation Rules (WOCR), Warehouse Tasks/Orders, Warehouse Process Types, and Yard Management.
• Cross-Functional Integration: Design and execute seamless integrations between SAP EWM and PP-PI, SD, QM, and MM modules, as well as external interfaces.
• Master Data & Stock Management: Set up and manage EWM Master Data, Handling Unit Management (HUM), Stock Transfer Orders (STO), Serialization, and Physical Inventory / Cycle Counting processes.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Define testing scope, roles, and responsibilities; lead Unit, Integration (UAT), and End-to-End testing strategies.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in full-lifecycle SAP EWM implementations.
• S/4HANA Expertise: Proven track record in S/4HANA Embedded EWM implementation projects.
• Core Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of POSC, LOSC, WOCR, STO, Yard Management, HUM, and Serialization.
• Workshop Leadership: Demonstrated success in facilitating design workshops and translating business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong business-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
