SAP EWM Functional Lead

We are looking for an experienced SAP Supply Chain Lead to own the design, configuration, and delivery of Inventory Management (MM-IM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Transportation Management (TM). You will align solutions to global standards and connect SAP with both SAP and non-SAP systems.

About the role

You will lead the Supply Chain Management workstream (end to end) — from fit-to-standard workshops through build, test, cutover, and hypercare. The focus is warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics execution, and intercompany/intracompany materials flows.

What you will do

• Lead fit-to-standard analysis and process design across warehouse, inventory, logistics execution, intercompany/intracompany, and materials management
• Drive global template adoption and document localization where business needs require it
• Coordinate integration design with logistics, procurement, manufacturing, finance, and third-party applications
• Own SCM configuration plus unit testing, SIT, UAT, and cutover
• Manage in-scope WRICEF objects: enhancements, reports, interfaces, conversions, forms, and workflows
• Support migration of SCM master and transactional data
• Act as the main contact for SCM business and IT stakeholders
• Provide leadership through design, build, test, go-live, and hypercare

What you bring

• 10+ years of SAP Supply Chain implementation experience
• Hands-on depth in SAP MM-IM, SAP EWM, and SAP TM
• At least two full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Proven integration of SAP SCM with external / enterprise systems
• Strong grasp of warehouse management, inventory control, logistics execution, and end-to-end supply chain
• Ability to run workshops, manage stakeholders, and deliver transformation programs

Nice to have

• Large-scale S/4HANA transformation experience
• Background in FMCG, consumer products, manufacturing, retail, or distribution
• Familiarity with warehouse, transport, and logistics integrations
• Strong communication and leadership in multinational, cross-functional teams
