Job Overview We are looking for an SAP Master Data Specialist with hands-on experience in SAP EWM, TMS, and ECC to support master-data maintenance, replication, data-quality remediation, and production issue resolution. The candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and experience working with SAP master data, integration processes, and warehouse operations.

Recommended Experience

• 7-10 years of total SAP functional / techno-functional experience.
• At least 4-6 years focused on SAP master data, EWM, TMS, BP / CVI, IDoc / DRF replication, and production support.
• Strong preference for candidates who have supported cutover, go-live, and hypercare in a multi-system SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot master-data replication and synchronization across SAP systems, including materials, customers, vendors, and Business Partners.
• Support SAP Business Partner, CVI, and DRF-related issues, including replication failures and master-data inconsistencies.
• Maintain and troubleshoot EWM material and warehouse master data, including warehouse/product attributes, plant extensions, UOM, serial profiles, and packaging data.
• Investigate and resolve data-quality issues related to gross/net weight, packaging, dimensions, shipping addresses, and transportation attributes.
• Troubleshoot SAP IDoc errors and integration issues affecting master-data replication and warehouse operations.
• Support shipping and transportation master data, including ship-to details, loading groups, and transportation groups.
• Perform master-data validation, reconciliation, and remediation to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Support warehouse deployments, cutover activities, and go-live readiness for new sites and 3PL operations.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and defects using ServiceNow and JIRA, including root-cause analysis and documentation.
• Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to resolve recurring issues and implement preventive measures.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in SAP master data processes for customer, vendor, BP, material, batch, serial, and equipment-related domains.
• Hands-on experience with SAP EWM and good working knowledge of warehouse-specific product / material setup, inbound delivery, outbound delivery, and warehouse execution processes.
• Working knowledge of SAP TMS-related master data and cross-functional dependencies with logistics and shipping processes.
• Experience with CVI, BP integration, DRF, ALE / IDoc processing, and cross-system replication troubleshooting.
• Ability to analyze master-data defects across ECC, EWM, TMS, and connected systems, including data dependencies between MM, IM, deliveries, batch, serial, and equipment flows.
• Strong understanding of MM / IM concepts, packaging data, weight / dimension data, units of measure, serial management, equipment handling, batch management, and warehouse-specific product controls.
• Experience working on production support queues with incident triage, root-cause analysis, and turnaround expectations.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work directly with business users during urgent cutover or go-live windows.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in SAP S/4 transformation or enterprise migration programs.
• Knowledge of transportation or shipping master data issues, including destination address, partner data, and downstream shipping-system dependencies.
• Experience with packaging master-data maintenance, warehouse extensions, serial-profile corrections, and unit-of-measure setup.
• Ability to write functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP, middleware, and integration teams for enhancements.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree or MBA is preferred but not required.
• SAP certification in MM, EWM, S/4HANA, or related logistics / integration areas is a plus.
