Position: SAP Order Processing Executive

Location: Vadodara

Qualification:

• B.Com, M.Com, or relevant qualification

Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in SAP order processing, sales coordination, or similar functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creation and processing of Sales Orders (VA01) in SAP.
• Preparation and processing of Stock Transfer Orders (STO).
• Accurate data entry and maintenance of order-related information in SAP.
• Coordination with Sales, Logistics, and other internal departments for order execution.
• Drafting emails, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.
• Ensuring timely and error-free order processing.

Required Skills:

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
• Working knowledge of SAP (Sales Order Processing / STO).
• Good drafting and email communication skills.
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to manage high-volume transactional work.
