SAP FI Delivery Lead

Join Accenture and become part of a large-scale global SAP S/4HANA transformation program for a leading international retail organization. In this role, you will drive the successful rollout of SAP S/4HANA Finance processes in Bulgaria, working closely with local business stakeholders, finance experts, and international project teams.

As a SAP FI Delivery Lead, you will play a key role in coordinating end-to-end delivery activities, ensuring alignment between global standards and local business requirements while supporting critical project phases including design, testing, training, cutover, and go-live.

What you will do

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance deployment activities for Bulgaria.
• Coordinate the end-to-end project lifecycle: Design, Build, Test, Training, Cutover, and Hypercare.
• Collaborate with local business and finance stakeholders to ensure compliance with Bulgarian legal and financial requirements.
• Drive delivery execution and manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure successful project milestones.
• Support release and cutover planning activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and delivery excellence.
• Act as a trusted advisor for finance transformation and SAP FI processes.

What we are looking for

• 4+ years of experience as a SAP FI Consultant.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout projects.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes.
• Knowledge of Bulgarian financial, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in Delivery Lead, Team Lead, Project Lead, or similar coordination role is a strong advantage.
• Cutover management experience is considered a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Bulgarian and English.
• Travel**:** Monthly business trips to Germany (Düsseldorf) and occasional visits to the client site in Bulgaria
