Role & responsibilities

• Provide functional support and solution design for SAP FICO modules, with a primary focus on AR, GL, and Intercompany AR processes.
• Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements with stakeholders.
• Prepare functional specifications and design documents for custom developments and enhancements.
• Work closely with technical teams during development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Perform functional testing, integration testing, and solution validation to ensure quality deliverables.
• Support incident management, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Conduct impact assessments for new requirements and system changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless business process integration.
• Provide end-user support, knowledge transfer, and documentation as required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO, specifically:

• Accounts Receivable (AR)

• General Ledger (GL)

• Intercompany AR processes

• Experience supporting custom developments throughout the lifecycle, including:

• Requirements clarification

• Functional design

• Testing and solution validation

• Strong functional debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Ability to analyze complex business and system issues and work effectively with technical teams to resolve them.

• Experience in preparing functional specifications and reviewing technical solutions.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
