SAP FI Functional Lead

We are looking for a seasoned SAP FI Functional Lead with 12+ years of SAP experience to lead SAP FI functional activities across enterprise implementation and transformation programs.

The candidate should have strong expertise in SAP FI, SAP S/4HANA, end-to-end implementation, and proven experience in leading and managing SAP functional teams.

SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FI functional design and solution delivery across implementation and transformation projects.
• Drive end-to-end SAP FI implementations, from requirement gathering through go-live and hypercare.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP FI solutions.
• Lead functional workshops, process discussions, fit-to-standard analysis, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Manage, mentor, and provide functional guidance to a team of SAP FI consultants.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP teams.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP FI with CO, MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
• Provide solutions for complex SAP FI functional issues.
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed timelines, quality standards, and business requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP FI.
• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven end-to-end SAP FI implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP FI business processes and configuration.
• Experience in team handling, leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management.
• Experience working on large-scale SAP implementation or transformation programs.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud experience.
• SAP Public Cloud implementation and Fit-to-Standard experience.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
• Greenfield and/or Brownfield implementation experience.
• SAP S/4HANA certification.
• Experience with SAP FI/CO integration and cross-functional business processes.
