SAP FICO Super User

Our client, an organisation operating within the FMCG industry, is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Super User to provide business-side SAP support and strengthen its finance and controlling processes.

The successful candidate will serve as the link between finance users and the SAP support team, resolve functional issues, train users and support improvements across SAP FICO processes.

02Key responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for SAP FICO queries, incidents and process-related issues.
• Support Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Asset Accounting and Controlling processes.
• Support SAP FICO integration with Production Planning.
• Investigate, resolve or escalate SAP incidents and service requests.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Participate in unit, integration and user-acceptance testing.
• Identify process gaps and recommend system or workflow improvements.
• Develop user guides, standard operating procedures and training materials.
• Train and onboard SAP FICO users.
• Support master-data governance and financial reporting.
• Represent finance requirements during SAP upgrades, rollouts and implementation projects.

03What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Five to eight years of overall finance or business-systems experience.
• At least three years of hands-on SAP FICO experience in a live operating environment.
• Practical knowledge of AR, AP, GL, AA and CO modules.
• Understanding of SAP FICO integration with Production Planning.
• Previous experience as an SAP Super User, Key User or Power User is strongly preferred.
• SAP S/4HANA experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Nigerian VAT, WHT and statutory reporting requirements.
• ICAN, ACCA or an equivalent accounting qualification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, reporting and user-training skills.

Pay: ₦1,000,000.00 - ₦1,500,000.00 per month
