What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, configure, and implement SAP SD modules such as Sales Order Management (SOM), Sales Planning, and Sales Analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and develop functional specifications for new projects.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP SD modules, ensuring successful system adoption.
- Analyze data from various sources using tools like OTC (Order-to-Cash) reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 8-14 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a SAP Functional Consultant specializing in SAP SD module.
- Strong understanding of Configuration, Functional Specifications, RiceFW (Reports), SAP Omni-channel capabilities.
- Experience working with clients across multiple industries including Retail/FMCG/Telecom/Utilities/Manufacturing etc.
