Job Title: SAP Functional- Payroll

Position: Hybrid

Experience Range: 8+ years

Required Skills: PCR (Personal Calculation Rule), Schema, US or Canada Payroll

Key words to look in resume PCR (Personal Calculation Rule) reading & writing, SAP, Configuration, any ticketing tool exp, Canada or US payroll, SAP HCM module

Skills General:

1. 6 - 8 years rel of SAP HR experience must

2. Should have worked on at least one support project with good understanding of SLA times for incidents, requirements, and HR cases.

3. Good understanding of the product release management, and year-end activities (HRSPs, Time and Payroll calendars)

4. Good communication skills to operate in virtual environment and manage expectation with internal and external stakeholders.

5. Should have experience of working in large/remote teams.

6. Experience in Agile tools is preferred (Jira, etc.)

7. Expertise or knowledge of any data comparison tool to do the larger number of data records comparison for an employee is an advantage- good to have but not mandatory
