SAP Functional Systems Analyst

iT2 is seeking an SAP S/4HANA OTC Business Systems Analyst for our direct client on-site in Kansas City Metro Area.

• OTC Analyst role is a full-time position and will be on-site in a hybrid environment.
• Our client is unable to sponsor at this time, so the candidate must be either a US citizen or Green Card holder. (No third party calls please)

SAP S/4HANA OTC Business Systems Analyst will focus on the Order to Cash (OTC) process, including Sales Order Processing, Delivery, Shipping, Billing, Pricing, and related logistics functions. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys partnering with business stakeholders, solving complex business challenges, and delivering scalable SAP solutions while supporting day-to-day production operations.

MUST HAVE:

• Demonstrated skills in configuring SAP S/4HANA OTC business processes in SAP SD Logistics Execution (LE), including Pricing and EDI integrations.
• Ability to read ABAP and Fiori - highly preferred.

REQUIRED

• 5 years of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Logistics Execution (LE) configuration experience.
• Strong understanding of Order to Cash business processes (Sales Order Processing, Delivery Processing, Shipment Processing, Billing).
• Experience with SAP Pricing configuration.
• Experience with integration points between Materials Management, Logistics, and Finance.
• Working knowledge of EDI, IDocs, and workflow troubleshooting.
• Full lifecycle SAP SD implementation from system design to post-go-live support.
• Experience supporting SAP output management including printing, email, and EDI communications.
• Previous experience supporting production environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to take ownership and solve problems.

PREFERRED

• ABAP coding experience or the ability to read and understand ABAP code.
• Experience supporting SAP Fiori applications within Order to Cash.
• Experience working with system integrations and interface troubleshooting.

What You'll Do

• Partner with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into SAP OTC solutions.
• Configure and support SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Logistics Execution (LE) functionality in S4/HANA OTC
• Participate in solution design, testing, deployments, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Support production issues, troubleshoot functional problems, and coordinate with internal and external teams.
• Collaborate across Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and IT to improve business processes.
• Develop functional specifications and support integration initiatives.
• Assist with master data activities and process improvements.
• Follow established project management, governance, and change management standards.
