What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide functional consulting services to clients on Coupa implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions using SAP Procurement (Coupa) modules.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on Coupa functionality, including invoicing, payment processing, and spend management.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Coupa system performance, data integrity, and user access.
Job Requirements :
- 7-14 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry as a Functional Consultant or similar role.
- Strong expertise in SAP Procurement (Coupa) module with hands-on experience in implementing and configuring the system.
- Experience working with clients across various industries such as Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare etc.
