SAP GRC and Security Consultant

Role Details:

• Location: Hyderabad

• Job Type: C2H

• Job Mode: Hybrid (3 Days WFO)

• Budget: 1.2 LPM to 1.3 LPM

Shift timing - General but should be flexible to work on different time zone based on project needs whenever required

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP GRC/Security Consultant with 8 years of experience to join our well known client.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in SAP Security and GRC, as detailed below

• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP security roles and authorizations across SAP modules (ECC, BW, Fiori, etc.)

• Exposure to user provisioning and access management to ensure secure and compliant system access

• Familiarity configuring, implementing, and maintaining SAP GRC solutions, including Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management

• Experience conducting Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and remediation using GRC tools

• Expertise managing workflows for access requests, role approvals, and mitigating controls

• Proficiency monitoring and ensuring compliance with internal policies, SOX requirements, and other regulatory frameworks

• Familiarity generating reports on user activity, risk analysis, and compliance metrics

• Ability to investigate and resolve SAP security incidents and role conflicts

• Provide technical support for security-related issues and implement corrective actions

• Work closely with functional, technical, and business teams to design and implement secure and scalable SAP solutions

• Provide training and support to end-users on security policies and GRC usage
