SAP GRC Testing Consultant Testing & Validation Remote

Role Description The SAP GRC Consultant Testing & Validation role is a contract, remote position responsible for supporting SAP governance, risk, and compliance initiatives with a focus on testing and validation activities. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business processes and controls, validating SAP GRC configurations, preparing and executing test plans, and documenting test results in alignment with client compliance requirements. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate integration of master data, refine risk and control frameworks, and advise stakeholders on best practices for SAP GRC testing. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, contributing to continuous improvement of validation methodologies, and providing consulting support to help clients meet regulatory and internal audit standards.

What We Are Looking For

Strong experience in SAP GRC Testing / Validation

Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control

Experience in ARA, ARM, EAM/Firefighter, BRM, SoD and Access Certification

Ability to identify critical business and GRC test scenarios

Experience preparing test scenarios, test cases and test data

Validate roles, access requests, workflows, risk analysis and mitigation controls

Perform backend validation and verify expected results after test execution

Support SIT, UAT, Regression and End-to-End testing

Analyse functional defects and support root-cause validation

Good understanding of SAP roles, authorizations, MSMP workflows and rule sets

Experience working with SAP Security, Functional, Business and Testing teams

SAP S/4HANA / ECC experience preferred

Important: We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked on SAP GRC Testing / Validation engagements, in addition to their functional GRC experience.
