SAP Group Manager - Supply Chain

Title: Group Manager, Supply Chain & Planning (SAP S/4 Hana)

Location: Bridgetown, Eastwood, Q.C.

Working Arrangement: 4x RTO, 1- day WFH (Day Shift)

About the Company: We are working alongside a global tech staffing, recruitment, and workforce solutions company to build a team with one of the largest branded consumer food and beverage product companies in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the evolution of demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, and integrated business planning (IBP) processes across the enterprise.
• Lead end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) initiatives.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of short, medium, and long-range demand forecasts.
• Lead the implementation, enhancement, and governance of planning technologies including SAP S/4HANA, SAP APO, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, and related planning platforms.
• Manage SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration initiatives and ensure seamless business process integration.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of planning professionals and subject matter experts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Supply Chain Transformation.
• At least 5 years in a leadership or people management role overseeing planning teams and large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide planning processes, S&OP, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Solid experience managing SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation programs.
