About the Role

SAPExperts Inc. is building a talent pool of experienced SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultants for potential project-based and long-term consulting opportunities. We welcome SAP professionals with strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP HCM who are interested in being considered for future client engagements.

Engagement arrangements may be remote, hybrid, or onsite, depending on project and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support SAP HCM functionalities based on business requirements.
• Analyze HR business processes related to personnel administration, organizational management, time management, and payroll.
• Gather and assess business requirements and translate them into appropriate SAP HCM solutions.
• Support SAP HCM implementation, enhancement, migration, and system upgrade projects, as applicable.
• Configure and support personnel records, organizational structures, employee data, time-related processes, and payroll functionalities, depending on project scope.
• Perform functional testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP HCM-related issues, incidents, and system defects.
• Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration documentation, test scripts, and other project deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP FICO, SAP SuccessFactors, and other relevant modules, to ensure seamless integration of HR processes.
• Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer, and post-Go-Live support when required by the project.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in SAP HCM.
• Hands-on experience in SAP HCM configuration, implementation, application support, or system enhancement.
• Good understanding of HR processes, including personnel administration, organizational management, time management, and payroll.
• Experience in requirements gathering, functional testing, issue resolution, and documentation.
• Familiarity with SAP ECC HCM and/or SAP S/4HANA-related HR solutions.
• Knowledge of integration between SAP HCM and related business processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, business users, and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work under project-based or contractual arrangements, depending on project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle SAP implementation or migration projects.
