Are you passionate about SAP SuccessFactors , SAP HCM , and helping organizations transform their HR processes?

At Würth IT , we're looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HCM Consultant to join our international HR Solutions team.

What you'll do

✔ Lead implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support activities for SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.

✔ Configure and optimize SuccessFactors modules, including:

• Employee Central (EC)
• Onboarding (ONB)
• Time Management
• Recruiting / SmartRecruiters
• Performance & Goals

✔ Work with Business Rules, Workflows, MDF Objects, Foundation Objects, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Reporting, and system integrations.

✔ Collaborate with business stakeholders to design innovative HR solutions.

✔ Support global rollouts, testing, data migration, incident resolution, and continuous process improvements.

What we're looking for

🔹 3–4 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.

🔹 Strong functional knowledge of Employee Central and Onboarding.

🔹 Experience with configuration, integrations, reporting, testing, and support activities.

🔹 Knowledge of SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).

🔹 Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

🔹 Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, HR, or a related field.

🔹 SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
