About The Role We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our SAP team supporting international and local projects.

The role focuses on Polish payroll processes , system configuration and advisory based on local labour law and regulations .

Your Responsibilities

• Configuration and enhancement of SAP HCM Payroll (PY) and Personnel Administration (PA)
• Handling incidents, service requests and ensuring timely resolution (SLA-based support)
• Supporting HR and Payroll users in their daily operations
• Analysing legal changes and implementing solutions aligned with Polish labour law, tax and social security regulations
• Participation in payroll runs, testing cycles and system improvements
• Preparing and maintaining system documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll (PY)
• Strong knowledge of Polish payroll processes
• Hands-on experience in SAP HCM PA and PY modules
• Practical knowledge of Polish labour law, tax regulations and ZUS processes
• English – advanced level (B2+/C1)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team

Nice to have

• Experience in AMS / support projects
• Knowledge of SAP legal change management (LCM)
• Experience in international environments
